Wiz Freezes After Startup

This problem started several days ago. I was playing cave story on my Wiz and I stopped playing and turned it off. A while later, I wanted to watch something on it, tried to turn it on, but it froze. This problem has persisted since then. I turn it on, it goes to the first black logo screen, then the orange logo screen, and there it freezes, no matter how long i leave it there. There is a much older thread on this problem, and none of the suggestions worked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
